So we have gotten a few questions about how to make the shorts Mallory DIYed and wore here and here, so we decided to make a video!  It is a lot easier than you think, and if you think like us, they go with everything.

As we promised, we finally made a video!   It's our first time filming and editing a video, so please excuse the goofy faces :).

Whitney visited Mallory this week, so we have been thrifting and crafting and eating popcorn.  All very productive! Look forward to some upcoming tutorials :) And we hope everyone had a lovely holiday.  Happy New Year!  One of our top new years resolutions is to update whitwatwear more often!  What are your new years resolutions?

First off, Thanks everyone who entered our BuyLove giveaway and congratulations to Dotty who wanted the Strength Bags!  We will be in touch :).

We went to Chicken and Waffles with our boyfriends to celebrate finishing the semester, and omg it was sooo good.  Mallory may or may not have eaten the WHOLE thing.  Whatever, it's vacation.

Jolly Holidays, we will see you on the other side (a few pounds heavier) :)

Like magpies, we have been loving metallics and sequins lately! Mallory honestly wants some sequin pants like those by Calypso, but is NOT about to shell out $600..anyone have any less expensive ideas?

Tomorrow we leave for Tahoe and are really excited! We are also grossly unprepared, we are ill-equipped for weather colder than 50 degrees.  We fully expect to look at least 10 lbs heavier in all photos due to excessive layering :).

Whitney: It's unusually warm for November.
Mallory: It's December.

It was really warm today for some reason, so it was too bad Mallory was cooped up in the lab all day and Whitney was in the library :(. It's okay though, because we are going to be bad students and go to TAHOE during deadweek (the week between the last class and the first final). hehe :).  We are slightly concerned about our complete lack of snow clothes, so expect photos of us in 800 sweaters each.
