If you remember my post several months back, I quit my first job out of college last October.  To some people, I acted pretty impulsively.  I didn't have a job lined up and I didn't have a plan.  The funny thing is I didn't regret my decision once even though unemployment was one of the most stressful times of my life.

Now things are looking up!  Thanks to Mal and some really good friends, I didn't give up when I started to lose all hope in finding a job.  I finally landed a position that makes me happy.  It's already been a month since my first day, and everything still feels surreal.  Am I actually working now?! Bear with me as I adjust to my new schedule.  I'm slowly learning to make time to shoot for the blog!

  4. Woohoo for good new jobs! I did the same thing with my first job, quit without a job, enjoyed the summer, and then looked for a new job in September (2 years ago) and luckily found one pretty quickly.
Loving the outfit too, the sweater looks so fuzzy!

  6. Congrats on finding a new position! It's really tough these days. You were brave to quit your previous job, I totally wish I was brave like you. But great look! Love the cheetah and silver accents.

  7. Congrats on your new position! Unemployment is the worst, and you are very brave for taking that step. Also, you make menswear so feminine, I'm jealous!
