absentminded

I tend to lose a lot of my belongings, for example: shoes.  During a trip last month, I forgot my black Zara sandals in a cab after I had decided to switch into flats.  In case you haven't already noticed, they were my go-to heels (see here, here, and here), so you can imagine how sad I was.  I then justified my purchase of these new ones, which just aren't the same.  Still cute though!  And on the bright side, they're so comfortable that I won't have to worry about taking them off and leaving them behind somewhere again.
