After a weird heat wave last week, we are getting some cloudy skies and light sprinkles here in the bay area. We are currently cozied up in chunky knits and crawling Pinterest for the coziest apparel possible - sweater coats.

On the hunt: Fuzzy Sweaters

Lately we have been craving some fuzzy sweaters, but have been having a little bit of difficulty finding some within our muppet-clothing budget.  We love all the iterations of it here, from subtle and soft on the top right to full-on cactus on the bottom left.

Return of the Spaghetti Strap

I don't know about you, but I used to be sad that spaghetti straps were against the dress code in elementary and junior high school. Today the spaghetti strap is back in a big way, and this time it's sophisticated.  Now we can all be upset that we can't wear them to work.

Things to keep in mind when styling spaghetti straps:

1. Keep it effortless and wear flat shoes. Sandals work well with jumpers or dresses and summer boots work well with dresses

2. Avoid fabrics with too much shine so that you don't look like you are wearing negligee outside.

3. If wearing a top with thin straps, have more coverage on your legs to avoid looking too naked.
