Some days (when it is very warm), I don't want to wear jeans.  I also don't love (or even own many) shorts, so these linen pants are the perfect alternative.  They are super comfortable without looking too lazy.  I think dressing it up with an off-the-shoulder top helps with that as well.  

This pair of pants is from Lou & Grey, which I hadn't realized was originally Loft's 'leisure' line.  I think all their designs reflect that origin...super comfortable, but still stylish.  I do recommend sizing down (and also they have petites!).

My bad, I finally got to editing these photos from a couple months ago!  The simple getup is pretty much what I wear everyday to work minus the hat.  On this particular day I decided to visit the sutro bathes after a tiring workday.  The weather was amazing, so why not make the most out of it?  I've been making a goal to not be a couch potato after work.  It's actually been easier than I thought and my days feel way more meaningful.

Hello, it's been a while!  My current obsession is this Joli Rouge Perfect Shine Sheer Lipstick by Clarins.  I usually don't feel comfortable putting on lipstick because I find lipstick too heavy and pigmented.  With this one, however,my lips are still very moisturized and I get just the right amount of color that I need without looking over-the-top.

Can't believe another week has passed already!  I've just been working toward some of my new year's resolutions.  Surprisingly I've kept up with my work out plan (for one whole week, yay!).  Seriously considering training for a 5K now, but we'll see..

Snapped these photos quickly as the sun was setting and ended up with what looks like photos taken on separate days.  Edmond convinced me that the first location wasn't great so we took a few steps around the corner where there was different lighting.  I still can't decide which I like better, so here they both are.

Our most coordinated outfits yet: matching fuzzy sweaters and cat eye sunglasses.  Whit went with all black and Nike frees for a pop of color and Mal went with all white with gold accents and pink accents.

We are just a couple of sheep grazing in Grand View Park!

Surprise, surprise!  I'm in a sweater-blouse-denim combo again now that it's getting colder in the city.  I can always count on this formula when I'm in a rush.  It's easy and there are endless possibilities in color and texture that never bore me.  This time I worked around a fuzzy mohair sweater that I picked up with Mal.  She generously shared her MAX&Co contest win with me.  Oh oops, just one of the benefits of having a blogging buddy ;)

It's been a tough month guys.  Between doing an internship, working full time, and taking a night class for the past year, I've been more confused than ever about life.  Recently I took the first step to put an end to all this madness.  I made a decision that I felt was right, but I'm scared to death of all the uncertainty that comes along with it.  Trying really hard to stay positive here!
